You cannot tie down a Restless Soul. It is like a balloon filled with helium, no matter how hard you try to anchor it, the gentle breeze will loosen in time from your grip, to be free and fly somewhere else. To go higher until out of sight and will eventually slowly deflate, and land another place, to wait until someone else finds it and fills it back up so it can fly again, or maybe  the next time it will bring joy to someone else by just being a thing of beauty for a little while. For you to see the most important thing for a restless soul is to be free in their own way. From any ties that try to hold them.
